Ghost Road Company presents a work-in-progress of our latest ensemble-devised piece, “A Working Title of Disparate Parts” on Friday, April 10th. The performance will take place at 8pm at the Wende Museum’s Glorya Kaufman Community Center A Frame Theater, a flexible black box theater and community space supporting free and public programming in Culver City.
This new work is a deeply personal, collective exploration that pays homage to the backgrounds and experiences that make us unique while seeking to uncover the hidden threads of hope, love, and empathy buried in our moments of grief, fear, and loss.
Ghost Road Company regularly shares our new devised pieces during the process of creation with work-in-progress showings and after these presentations, we solicit feedback from our community to inform the process.
The piece is conceived and directed by Ghost Road ensemble member Ronnie Clark and devised and performed by Alan Corvaia, Liz Eldridge, Kennedy Kabasares, Jordan Villegas, Sika Lonner, Kelvin Morales, Katharine Noon, Camila Rozo, and Brian Weir. Movement direction by Christine Breihan and Adam Dlugolecki. Music and Vocal direction by Liz Eldridge. Lighting by Brandon Baruch and Sound by Cricket Myers. Stage Manager Amelia Tacy and Producer Mark Seldis. Additional collaborators include Rachael DeBoer, Ray Ford, John Guerra, Jen Kays, Meagan Prahl, and Gillian Quimby.
Thanks to a grant from the City of Culver City, we are presenting this piece in partnership with the Wende Museum, located at 10808 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90230. We look forward to developing an ongoing relationship with the Wende and Culver City.
